PCPA Heart Failure Academy

The PCPA Heart Failure Academy is aimed at senior clinical pharmacists’ who are currently working in Primary Care roles, who are independent prescribers and have some experience working with patients with heart failure, within their current practice. The Academy course is supported by an expert faculty and mentorship is provided throughout the three month course. The academy will build upon pre-existing knowledge and skills with structured educational sessions, alongside case-based discussions workshops and will provide interim clinical/administrative support between sessions. This course includes assignments and reflective practice. PCPA Academy courses are accredited and certificated.
